Delivery Procedure

Kos.community is a community driven business.

All orders are packed by local Kos.community hubs in various neighbourhoods in Gauteng.

With every order placed, you will be required to select your most convenient hub. (All orders, regardless of delivery options)

When you place an order on the online platform www.kos.community, you will be prompted to select one of two options at checkout:

  1. You may collect your order at your nearest hub at no extra cost.
  2. You may request home delivery at an additional fee. (Selected neighbourhoods*, from 5 March 2019)

*Delivery will be made to customers who reside within our current hub areas in Pretoria, Centurion, Grootfontein and Midstream.

Areas outside of the above-mentioned areas, may offer delivery options (East Rand, West Rand, Randburg and Midrand).

Kos.community does not deliver purchased goods via mail or courier.

Summary: Goods are delivered by delivery vehicle to a Hub selected by the customer during Checkout. Orders are packed by the various hubs for collection at the hub at no additional cost, or delivered at a specified address within an existing Kos.community hub neighbourhood, at an additional fee.

The customer should communicate with the relevant Hub Manager (contact details visible on online invoice sent via email) if and when necessary.
